Meanwhile the 52nd edition of the prestigious 24 Hours race of Daytona is history. After a quite busy weekend the team around Franz Konrad returned back home to its base in Germany. However, not only the things that happened on the race track determined the start of the renowned team into the new season, there are also some things to tell from offside the banked curves and slipstream battles. We have put together some side notes from the 24 Hours of Daytona for you.

… that it was exceptionally cold at this years edition of the “Rolex 24”? Instead of short trousers and t-shirts, winter jackets and woollen hats were the right choice of clothing.
